Figures of Light was formed in the summer of 1970 by Wheeler Winston Dixon and Michael Downey. After performing for two years, and cutting one single, the iconic hit "It's Lame," the band broke up in 1972, but was reunited by Norton Records in 2006, and issued fifteen CDs, from full length albums to singles, including their first live concert from 1970 on red vinyl in a limited edition through Norton, before breaking up in 2015. All in all, what a strange trip it has been. This is the archival website for their music - enjoy.
